(Formerly the Barrenjoey Peninsula Week of Golf)
REGISTRATION OPENS AT 9:00AM ON FRIDAY 22ND NOVEMBER 2024.
This major event, one of the largest amateur women’s golfing tournaments in Australia is open to all women with a current Australian or Overseas Golf Handicap. The Barrenjoey Women's Classic invites players of all skill levels to participate in this exceptional golfing experience, showcasing the beauty and diversity of our Northern Beaches Golf Clubs.

Whether you're competing for the thrill of the game or to connect with fellow golfers, this event promises a truly exceptional experience. By taking part, you’re not only joining a major tournament but also supporting a local cause through our charity raffle.
The Barrenjoey Women’s Classic was formerly known as the Barrenjoey Week of Golf. The 2025 Tournament will follow the 3-day format successfully introduced in 2023. Player registration, competition management and scoring will be facilitated by Golf Genius in 2025. This will be free of charge.
Registration opens at 9:00am on Friday 22nd November 2024 and closes on Saturday 25th January 2025. All women with a current Australian or Overseas Golf Handicap are welcome to participate. You should register online by clicking the “Click here to Register" link above. This will take you to the Golf Genius Registration page. The tournament spans three days:
Monday, 10th February 2025: 18-hole Individual Competition (Stroke for Divisions 1 & 2, Stableford for Division 3).
Division 1 is a Jean Derrin Event.
Tuesday, 11th February 2025: Foursomes Competition. Division 1, 2 and 3 play at separate courses.
Thursday, 13th February 2025: 4-Person Team Event (18-hole Better Ball with two scores to count). Play will be at four courses, allocated by the Match Committee.
The event concludes with a prize presentation at Monash Country Club on Thursday, 13th February 2025, at 6 pm.
You can purchase raffle tickets online - see our Charity Raffle Page. Tickets can also be purchased at the individual golf clubs hosting the event. The raffle features prizes donated by golf clubs and businesses from local and regional areas, including interstate. All funds raised are donated to Women & Children First, supporting vital community services for women and children in need.
The Match committee only books carts for golfers who have a medical certificate which must be sent to match@barrenjoeywomensclassic.com.au before the draw is published. Once the draw has been published you may book a cart directly with the ProShop of the club at which you are playing. Please let the ProShop know who you'll be sharing the cart with.
